Investment Funds Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Silicon Valley office of a large national law firm is looking for a corporate attorney with 2 – 4 years of relevant corporate experience in investment management and fund formation. The successful candidate should have experience in operational and regulatory matters related to the representation of investment fund sponsors in fund formation matters. Transactional experience should include drafting and revising formation documents including offering documents, operating, and partnership agreements. The candidate should also have experience preparing regulatory filings related to the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisors Act.
