Attorney Job Description: The New York office of a large national law firm is looking for a real estate attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Experience handling sophisticated joint venture agreements, acquisitions, developments, financings, and dispositions of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties is required.
