Attorney Job Description: The San Diego office of a large national corporation is looking for an experienced patent attorney with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.  This senior patent counsel position is a very interesting role managing outside counsel, managing the corporation’s prosecution docket, performing due diligence and freedom to operate analyses, and advising management on how to proceed.
