Founder & President
Dori F. Moses, President, is a licensed attorney who practiced as an intellectual property attorney in the Austin office of two prestigious law firms, Arnold White & Durkee and Fulbright & Jaworski (Norton Rose Fulbright). Following law school, Ms. Moses clerked for the Honorable Edward C. Prado, United States Court of Appeals Judge for the Fifth Circuit.
Ms. Moses holds a degree in Economics from Grinnell College (B.A., with honors) where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and later received her law degree from University of Illinois Law School (J.D., magna cum laude). She has been a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Illinois, the Austin and American Intellectual Property Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Austin Bar Association. The experience she has gained from her extensive legal background gives her a unique insight into the staffing needs of law firms and legal departments from the client’s perspective.

As Vice President of Moses Legal Search, Tim is responsible for providing operational leadership, setting strategic direction and growing sales related to executive search throughout the country.
Tim is an experienced legal recruiter with a successful track record of placing partners, counsel and associates at law firms. In addition, he also places attorneys in-house with companies across various industries. Tim has over twenty-years of experience as an executive in business and marketing.
