Corporate Finance Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Silicon Valley office of a large national law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years of corporate finance experience. The successful candidate should have a broad range of corporate finance experience representing all categories of participants in a variety of public and private financing transactions, including, borrowers/issuers, private equity sponsors, lenders, and underwriters. Transactional experience should include middle market and investment-grade syndicated credit financings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings, high yield financings, and convertible note financings. Experience with equity and interest swaps, caps, and other derivatives would also be a plus.
