In-House Senior Securities Counsel

Attorney Job Description: The Dallas office of a large international corporation is looking for an experienced securities attorney to be their senior securities counsel. The attorney will be giving analysis and advice on complex securities law questions involved in financial reporting and compliance, advice and oversight on securities transactions including public offerings, and advice and negotiation involving merger & acquisition transactions. The attorney will work closely with clients and senior management of the corporation.
