Life Science Technology Transactions Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Silicon Valley office of a large national law firm is looking for a life science technology transactions attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The practice will focus on licensing and partnering transactions for life sciences clients (including biopharmaceutical, medtech, tools and cleantech). Three or more years of licensing experience is preferred, but attorneys with other significant transactional and/or intellectual property experience will be considered. A biological sciences, chemistry and/or business background will also be considered favorably.
