Patent Prosecution Attorney

Attorney Job Description: A large national law firm is looking for a patent attorney with 2-4 years of experience for their San Diego office. This is a very interesting position as the attorney will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence. An advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or the life sciences (biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology) is required.
