Technology Transactions Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Los Angeles office of a large national law firm is looking for a technology transactions attorney with 7+ years of IP transactional experience with an emphasis on digital media and the convergence of technology and entertainment. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating content licensing and acquisition agreements for technology and new media companies in the social gaming, mobile, consumer internet, and social networking space and advising clients on copyright law trends in these areas. Background and experience in entertainment law or the film or television industries a plus.
