Technology Transactions Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Seattle office of a large national firm is looking for a technology transactions attorney with 2-6 years of experience to work on intellectual property-related transactions.  The attorney will work on licensing agreements, e-commerce agreements, service agreements, development agreements, and distribution transactions, in addition to advising on the intellectual property aspects of mergers & acquisitions, and on privacy and data security matters.
