Trademark Attorney

Attorney Job Description: The Chicago office of a large national firm is looking for an intellectual property attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience working on trademark transactional matters, including domestic and international prosecution and oppositions. Additionally, some experience with trademark litigation or advertising/promotion law would be a plus.
